Eagle’s water treatment and drill-cuttings technology sold to Ferd Ocean Shipping AS

Today we are announcing that Eagle Technology AS has been sold to Ferd Ocean Shipping AS, effective 6 July 2026.

Eagle has completed the sale of its water treatment and drill-cuttings technology business to Ferdocean Shipping AS.

Following the transaction, Eagle will continue to own and develop its core industrial businesses within Engineering, Fabrication, and the global commercialization of its proprietary plastic recycling technology, Vixla
