Eagle Technology awarded Contract for Reclaimer Module, and Piping and Structures Packages for Oslo CCS Project

Eagle Technology, is pleased to announce that we have been awarded several contracts by SLB Capturi for Hafslund Celsio’s Oslo CCS project, located at Klemetsrud in Oslo.

Eagle Technology, part of Eagle Group, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded contracts by SLB Capturi to provide engineering and fabrication services for the reclaimer module and major piping and structures package for Hafslund Celsio’s Oslo CCS project, located at Klemetsrud in Oslo. The project is being delivered by Aker Solutions and SLB Capturi.

The reclaimer module will help maintain the cleanliness and performance of the solvent used in the carbon capture process. The contracts expand Eagle Technology’s role in the project, which also includes Eagle’s contract with Aragon for fabrication of the purification and liquefaction module based on Aragon’s Condensing technology.

About Hafslund Celsio
Hafslund Celsio is the owner and operator of Norway’s largest waste-to-energy plant at Klemetsrud in Oslo. The Oslo CCS project is retrofitting a carbon capture facility capturing approximately 350,000 tonnes of CO₂ annually. The captured CO₂ will be liquefied, temporarily stored, and shipped from Oslo harbour to the Northern Lights terminal at Øygarden, before permanent storage under the North Sea seabed. SLB Capturi, in collaboration with Aker Solutions, has been awarded the EPCIC contract for the carbon capture plant at Hafslund Celsio’s site.
