Einar Myklebust is hired as CEO of Lehmkuhl Industries.
The history of Eagle AS began when Einar Myklebust purchased Lehmkuhl Industrier AS in Halden, Norway in 1982. Einar renamed Lehmkuhl Industrier to Teknotherm AS.
Roy Moberg is hired as CEO of Teknotherm AS in 2001. The company has since been the core of Eagle AS’s business development.
Ivo Klaric is hired as project manager for refrigeration plants in Teknotherm AS. He has since been a core member in Eagle AS’s development.
Teknotherm AS renamed to Eagle AS and converted to a parent company. Eagle AS develop investment portfolio within shipping and property. New operational company established with the continuation of Teknotherm AS company name.
In 2006 Pål Myklebust takes over the position as CEO of Eagle AS from his father, prolonging the family’s leader- and ownership of the company.
The industrial part of Teknotherm (Teknotherm Industri AS) demerged from the company and the remaining part sold to Iceberg AS.
In 2009 Teknotherm Industri is renamed to Therma Industri.
Teknotherm AS goes bankrupt and Eagle buys the bankruptcy estate.
Teknotherm-Therma Tromsø established as a separate company – focusing on service and aftersales.
Teknotherm Engineering, now Eagle Technology AS, is established with underlying subsidiary in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Eagle AS acquires the majority shares in the company RENA Technology ASA, main office located in Stavanger.
In 2015 Eagle Technology d.o.o was founded in Žepče, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In 2015 Teknotherm Engineering is renamed to Eagle Technology Norge.
Eagle AS acquires the majority of the shares in the company Quality Group AS, main office located in Moss.
In November Eagle AS sells 60 % of the shares in Teknotherm AS to Heinen & Hopman.
Therma Industri AS Stavanger is established.
In 2017 RENA Technology and Quality Group merges into one company and Alven Ltd – mobile Intergrated Environmental Services is established on Cyprus. Eagle lays out a new five year strategy.
Green Carbon AS is established as a new company in Halden – focusing on development of technology for recycling of plastic.
Alven LtD established on Cyprus – mobile Intergrated Environmental Services.
Eagle AS continues to re-purchase business through Teknotherm Marine, including foreign subsidiaries.
Green Carbon Sp z.o.o. established as a subsidiary to Green Carbon Norway, Szczecin, Poland.
Therma Industri acquires 51 % of the shares of Utstyr & Kjøleservice in Bergen
Eagle Technology completes its new production facility in Žepče, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Eagle acquires 100% of Due Miljø AS, now Eagle Enviro, taking a important step into the fish processing industry.
New state-of-the-art production facility of additional 6000 sqm. completed in Žepče, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Eagle AS sells Therma Industri AS to Swedish Franks Kyla and is now completely out of the refrigeration industry for the first time in 40 years.
Due Miljø AS changes name to Eagle Enivro AS.
